Sharing Meaningful Medical Content

Face it, our patients forget nearly 80% or more of what we tell them after they leave our office.  We may have shared some very valuable tidbits of information or post-surgical instructions with them … and when they return to the office we may be disappointed that they didn’t do what we asked of them. 

Perhaps it was our fault….. ?  

How can we meaningfully share information with patients and give them a resource so that they can then review that informmation…
