Face it, our patients forget nearly 80% or more of what we tell them after they leave our office. We may have shared some very valuable tidbits of information or post-surgical instructions with them … and when they return to the office we may be disappointed that they didn’t do what we asked of them.
Perhaps it was our fault….. ?
