Winter can be a challenging time because you and your family spend more time inside than during any other season. In addition, your children are attending school, where they consistently encounter other sick children, bringing home their germs and viruses. Exercise Regularly

Everyone in your family needs regular exercise. In fact, most people need 40 minutes of exercise per day. When you exercise regularly, your cardiovascular system is healthier. You can also maintain better control over your weight.
