It has been said often – and it’s true – that our healthcare is focused on illness and not wellness.  This has got to change!  We all have to concentrate on wellness and living healthy lives.  This includes shopping and eating healthy, healthy activities and thinking about wellness and how we can all stay healthy.

It has been said often – and it’s true – that our healthcare is focused on illness and not wellness.  This has got to change!  We all have to concentrate on wellness and living healthy lives.  This includes shopping and eating healthy, healthy activities and thinking about wellness and how we can all stay healthy.

So everyone, make a resolution!  Start walking or running!  Take up kayaking!  Yoga!  Start shopping at farmers’ markets!  Eat more vegetables!  Stop drinking soda and sugary drinks!  No more fried foods!
