Travis Haynes

Travis Haynes is an Associate at TripleTree specializing in deal execution in Healthcare Services and Payer-Based Outsourcing.  His areas of focus include Managed Care, Care Delivery, Behavioral Health Management, as well as Medical and Population Health Management. 

Prior to joining TripleTree, Travis was part of the Economic and Valuation Services practice at KPMG providing business valuation services to privately-held and public companies for tax and financial reporting purposes which included goodwill impairment, purchase price allocation, restructuring, and stock ownership.  Before KPMG, he worked for C&J Valuation Advisors providing business valuations of privately-held companies for a variety of situations including succession planning, estate tax compliance, dispute resolution, stock ownership planning, buy or sell planning, and component cost segregation.  Travis began his career with Regions Bank.

Travis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee.
