Victoria Proctor, M.A., B.S.N., R.N., C.H.H.C., oversees Spirit of Women at Northwest Hospital. Victoria is a Master’s prepared exercise physiologist, registered nurse and certified holistic health counselor. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Frostburg State University, a B.S.N. from Johns Hopkins University, an M.A. from University of Maryland at College Park, and her certification as a Holistic Health Counselor from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.
Prior to joining Northwest Hospital, Victoria worked as a pediatric staff nurse, research nurse and clinical faculty member at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She is a three time nominated “most outstanding runner,” a seven time All-American track star, NCAA Division III National Champion and record setter who has been inducted into Frostburg State’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
As a holistic health, wellness and medical professional, Victoria is an advocate for women, encouraging them to live healthy, energized and passionate lives. She is a compassionate speaker who delivers captivating presentations to help women understand and embrace their own health and wellness.
