Driven to create changes in life, I've learned skills in yoga and meditation.I began to see how, Yoga had the potential to create the balance, symmetry, awareness, focus and energy that I needed in order to create “actual physical results“ in other areas of life when I linked it up with Neuro Strategies and my work as a Success Coach. So I began to seamlessly integrate my work as a Success and Results Coach into Yoga as a way to help people in a more effective way. That was the beginning of Serenity Yoga and how it was developed.
