Thank you for your post, Regina, I hope you are successful in this quest. I would add that Hallmark falls short in the e-card area as well. Like many retailers they focus on breast cancer, offering three e-cards that are branded with the Komen name and are not suitable for patients with any other type of cancer. I wrote to Hallmark and got a non-responsive response, so am not surprised at the reaction you received.
Perhaps if more of us start speaking out we can make a difference or encourage another company to recognize there is a market out there which is not being addressed which includes patients, survivors who celebrate cancerversaries, caregivers, those in hospice care, and no doubt, many more who are also being left out.
