Like it?

Previously, we spoke with Kelly Tappenden from the Alliance to Advance Patient Nutrition.  Today, Dr Seth Feuerstein will tell us about the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) products that Cobalt Therapeutics develops to help patients take better control of their own health.

Cobalt Therapeutics, LLC, develops online software solutions delivering interactive CBT for insomnia, depression, anxiety, phobia, panic, OCD and addiction. These programs have been both evaluated in controlled trials and published in peer-reviewed journals.  They have also been written up in The New York Times and Time Magazine.

Cobalt's products can be delivered remotely and have been proven to be effective by researchers worldwide.

From the Cobalt Therapeutics website:

"Cobalt’s CBT software are delivered in several sessions just like traditional therapy sessions with one big difference – they are available where those in need have limited access to expensive, specialty trained clinicians. Our programs can be overseen by primary care doctors, nurses, counselors as well as mental health workers. The company is managed and funded by a group with more than 100 years of mental health treatment and management experience."

Now listen to Dr Seth Feuerstein talk further about Cobalt Therapeutics and CBT.
